^{I have inattentive ADHD and depression. If you commission me, please make sure you understand my process. I will go into more detail later on this page, but I take payment after some of the commission is complete so that A. you as a commissioner do not have to go through the hassle of a refund if I cannot do it and B. because of the frequency of me needing to drop commissions due to my symptoms. Please, fully understand this before deciding to take a commission. I hate to make you feel like you're getting scammed, which is why I have these systems in place. ^}What I Can/Cannot Draw.I am great at drawing:

portrayals of fetishized mental illness}◺ Ordering the Commission ◹Bare Minimum^{I require that you have a high-quality reference for the character. A high-quality reference may be a toyhouse profile link, a stash link, or even just a message via discord.}Payment Process^ I take payment when the commission sketch is complete. The exception is when you order a pixel icon, where you will pay when I complete it. I can do holds depending on the situation. Make sure that you know how to send the money.^◺ During the Commission Process ◹Rushing^{Please do not rush me unless there is a deadline for the art to finish. Rushing does not mean checking in. Please do, actually. I may forget sometimes. It happens. No worries about that.}Timelines and Deadlines^{On that note, feel free to impose a deadline!!! It would be better to tell me you want something finished within a month or something to that effect than for you to be upset. The same goes with timelines. If you think you'd like to see specific progress points at certain dates, that is entirely ok! It'll help me remember, and I will work with you to get the desired result in a reasonable time.
Remember that I am a high school student; I must complete schoolwork. Unless I get some free time, it will get done intermittently. I'll do my best, though!}◺ The Finished Product ◹Signature^{You may not erase the signature I put on my art. It is there for a reason.}Terms of Use^{You may not repost my art without my permission.
Profile pictures are always ok w/ credit, don't worry abt that :).
Uploading to TH is a no-brainer; you can go ahead and do that. My username on TH is aciinonyx.}^You may not sell my art as things like prints. My art is for your personal use only. You may print or use it on personal items, like printing it to put it on a wall, getting a shirt for yourself with it, etc. ^
^{The only reason you may use my art for your commercial use is if you order a commission for that specific purpose.}Me Posting Your Commission^{If you do not want the art uploaded on my social media, let me know in advance. I won't post if you ask. It's all good.}◺ Etiquette ◹

For example, I had a client in the past tell me their full name and address in an attempt to get mine in return. Don't do this. Pretty please.}◺ Payment ◹Asking for Discounts^{Discounts are for mutuals and special occasions only. So please don't ask for them.}Refund Process^{I wait to take payment so that it's easier for you to drop your commission or for me to drop it without too much trouble. If you want to cancel when I have not started, that is ok. If I have already finished the sketch to your satisfaction and you wish to cancel, you will get a 50% refund on your purchase. Circumstantially, you may get a full refund if I make a big mistake. Also, I have an awful tendency to drop commissions before payment, so if you still want the commission, remind me. From there, I can inform you that I can complete it or that I am too impaired to do so.}◺ Custom Commissions TOS Add-ons ◹General^{You may not sell designs for more than you paid for them from me unless the character has art you purchased of them. Credit me for the design if you plan on selling it. Do not give/sell/co-own the adoption with anyone blacklisted. I will blacklist you as well.}Closed Species^{If you are ordering a custom for a closed species, please show me proof you have an MYO slot, or I will turn you down.}
